Catherine O’Donnell

Catherine “Cathy” O’Donnell graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in 2000 and pursued her legal studies at Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2004. Before joining Mandas Law, Cathy practiced law at O’Donnell & Associates alongside her esteemed father, Kevin O’Donnell. Mr. O’Donnell served as a mentor to Cathy and our very own Leah Mandas Pablecas. He was one of the most respected and skilled attorneys in the Northwest Suburbs, and Cathy practiced by his side for 16 of those years.

While we are extremely saddened to announce that Mr. O’Donnell lost his long and courageous battle to cancer in July of 2020, we are pleased that Cathy chose to continue her father’s legacy at Mandas Law. As our Senior Associate Attorney, Cathy brings skill, tenacity, and the wonderful sense of humor she inherited from her dad. We do not doubt that her legal wisdom and talent will be a welcome addition to our firm and our clients.
